I am currently in the 2nd year of a language degree in English and Spanish. This glossary is intended for my professors of the translation course applied to the professional world.it includes all the important lexicons or that I do not know from the course in order not to make mistakes and learn a denser vocabulary. This glossary contains words from texts studied in class as well as words from personal readings.
Aim (to)

Preliminary reference

It's is used when a national court or tribunal refers a question of EU law to the European Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling so as to enable the national court, to decide the case before it.
Example: "The Court of Justice of the European Union can be seized by means of a preliminary reference emanating either from a civil or criminal court".
